We stand by the quality of HEALR products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee.
If you're not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receiving it, you can request a refund or store credit by contacting support@drinkhealr.com.
You will need to return the remaining product to our nominated return address at your own cost.
Refunds and store credits will be processed once the returned product has been received, inspected and accepted by our team.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@drinkhealr.com.
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed and dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned in accordance with this policy.
Returns
We accept returns of unopened and unused HEALR products within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its original packaging.
- You must provide your order number or proof of purchase.
- Gift cards are non-refundable, except where required by law.
To initiate a return, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at support@drinkhealr.com.
Once your return request has been approved, our team will provide you with the appropriate return address and instructions.
A refund or store credit will be processed once the returned products have been received, inspected and accepted.
Return Shipping
Please do not return products without first contacting us at support@drinkhealr.com. Once your return has been approved, we will provide you with the correct return address and instructions.
For returns:
- Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
- Delivery times for replacement or exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For returns valued over AUD $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and considering shipping insurance.
HEALR cannot guarantee receipt of returned items that are sent without tracking and is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will email you to confirm receipt and advise whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at support@drinkhealr.com.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply where appropriate, including where:
- Products are returned in a condition materially different from when they were received.
- Products are damaged or missing parts for reasons not caused by HEALR.
- Products are returned outside the applicable 30-day return period.
This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your approved refund has not appeared:
- Recheck your bank account.
- Contact your credit card or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
- Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items
Sale and promotional items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or refunds unless otherwise stated as part of the promotion.
This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied products.
