How Does HEALR H2 Produce Hydrogen?
When the tablet dissolves, the elemental magnesium reacts with water and the tablet’s acids to release molecular hydrogen gas.
The molecular hydrogen dissolves into the water, creating hydrogen-rich water ready to drink.
Is Hydrogen Water The Same As H20
Hydrogen-rich water is regular water that has been infused with molecular hydrogen gas (H2). While water (H2O) naturally consists of two hydrogen atoms bonded to one oxygen atom, hydrogen-rich water contains additional dissolved hydrogen gas. This creates a unique solution where extra hydrogen molecules are present alongside the water.
How Should I Prepare HEALR H2?
Drop one tablet into 300 to 500 mL of filtered water.
Allow it to dissolve completely, then drink within five minutes. Room-temperature water will dissolve the tablet faster, while cold water may take slightly longer.

Is This The Same As Hydrogen Drink Bottle Or Other H2 Products?
Healr H2 creates molecular hydrogen 25x higher than any drink bottle product on the market. These products may in fact contaminate your water with heavy metals as the working components degrade.
H2 is the smallest molecule and cannot be contained for extended periods, products stating otherwise are expensive placebo.
Healr H2 creates H2 when our formula is combined with water. Consuming it immediately after dissolving will have the most benefit.
Can I Mix H2 With Juice Or Other Drinks?
We recommend drinking Healr H2 with filtered water however does mix well with select beverages.
If you are adding electrolytes ie sodium, potassium, magnesium these are best added after the H2 tablet has completely dissolved.
How Many H2 Should I Take Daily?
Many people choose to take one serve first thing in the morning and another after exercise as part of their daily routine.
Some professional athletes in the HEALR community prefer to use two serves in the morning and two around training, depending on their personal routine and goals.
