1. AGREEMENT & ACCEPTANCE
By accessing or using any part of the HEALR website ("Website"), purchasing through our store, or consuming content produced by THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD ("HEALR"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy, disclaimers, and any related policies.
2. PRODUCT USE & DISCLAIMER
Our products are provided for research, education, biohacking, and general wellbeing purposes only. HEALR products are not registered with the TGA and are not therapeutic goods. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
You acknowledge and agree:
Not to use our products if pregnant or breastfeeding. Not to use with SSRIs, SNRIs, or any serotonergic compounds without professional guidance. To keep all products out of reach of children. That you are solely responsible for your health outcomes when using any HEALR product.
Your decision to use these products is voluntary and made with full understanding of potential risks. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before using any supplement.
3. HEALTH SOVEREIGNTY
Health sovereignty means taking full ownership of your choices. By purchasing from HEALR:
You confirm you are 18 years or older. You take full responsibility for researching and understanding the nature and implications of the product(s) you are using. You accept all risks associated with use and any downstream effects.
4. SHIPPING POLICY
HEALR ships primarily to Australia, the United States, and New Zealand. International orders beyond these regions are available upon request and subject to customs clearance and import laws.
Risk transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier. Shipping timelines are indicative only and delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or force majeure.
5. RETURNS & REFUNDS
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund where:
- The product is faulty, unsafe, or not of acceptable quality.
- The product is not fit for its intended purpose.
- The product does not match its description or advertised features.
These rights apply in addition to, and do not limit, our own refund policy below.

The THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD (“THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to HEALR or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other THE HEALR COMPANY PTY LTD mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

7. PRE-ORDER TERMS
Certain HEALR products may be offered under a pre-order basis. If you place an order containing a pre-order item:
The estimated delivery window will be clearly communicated on the product page or via follow-up email. You acknowledge and accept that dispatch timelines may vary due to production or supply chain factors beyond our control. If your order contains in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together unless otherwise arranged. You may request a split shipment at your cost or a cancellation of the pre-order portion within 48 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available for delayed pre-order products unless the delay exceeds 60 days beyond the original estimate.
8. TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND SECURITY

Any submissions (e.g. ideas, feedback, suggestions, creative content) you provide become our property to use without restriction. You must not submit anything:
That infringes on third-party rights. That is offensive, unlawful, or misleading. That contains viruses or malicious code.
You are solely responsible for your submissions. We reserve the right to remove any content at our discretion.
12. ERRORS, ACCURACY & AVAILABILITY
We do our best to ensure content is accurate, but occasionally errors, omissions, or outdated information may appear. We reserve the right to correct any errors, cancel orders, or update content without notice.
We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other information is current or error-free.
13. LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
HEALR excludes all liability for direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses from use of the Website or our products. HEALR is not liable for medical reactions, misuse, or unintended effects of any product. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant product.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HEALR and its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms, your use of the Website, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
15. TERMINATION
We may restrict or terminate access to our Website without notice if we believe these Terms have been breached.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
