HEALR Shipping Policy

1. Domestic Shipping (Australia)
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- Standard Shipping: 2–6 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days
All orders are shipped with tracking and delivered via trusted local carriers. Delivery is typically made to your mailbox or door, and a signature is not required.
Responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once it is marked as delivered by the courier.
2. International Shipping (USA & New Zealand Only)
We currently ship internationally to the United States and New Zealand only.
Estimated delivery times:
- DHL Express: 3–8 business days (USA orders)
- Australia Post (via New Zealand Post): 2–6 business days (NZ orders)
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees
- These charges are not included and are the responsibility of the customer
- HEALR is not liable for delays caused by customs clearance
3. Split or Incomplete Orders
If you receive an incomplete order:
- Some orders may be shipped in multiple shipments (e.g. pre-orders or stock availability)
- Please wait until the full delivery window has passed before contacting support
If items are still missing, contact us with your order details and we will resolve it promptly.
HEALR reserves the right to fulfil orders in multiple shipments where required.
4. Delayed or Undelivered Items
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays can occur due to factors outside our control, including courier issues or peak periods.
If your order has not arrived:
- Wait one additional business day beyond the estimated delivery window
- Then contact us with your full name, order number, and shipping address
5. Disclaimer
All shipping timeframes are estimates only. HEALR is not liable for delays outside of our control.
Risk transfers to the customer once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.
