HEALR Shipping Policy

1. DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND)

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is:

  • Metro areas: 2–6 business days from dispatch.

  • Non-metro or regional areas: Allow an additional 2 business days.

HEALR ships via DHL, DHL Express, Australia Post, and New Zealand Post. All deliveries are tracked. Packages are typically delivered directly to your mailbox or door without a required signature. You assume responsibility for the parcel upon successful delivery scan.


2. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship globally upon request, with primary regions including the United States, Australia, and New Zealand. If you are a customer or wholesale partner outside these regions, please contact us at support@healr.au prior to purchase for a custom shipping quote.

Please note:

  • Import duties, customs fees, and clearance procedures vary by country.

  • These are not included in your purchase and are your responsibility.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities.


3. SPLIT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If you receive an incomplete order:

  • Please first confirm if part of the order was shipped separately (e.g. due to a backorder or pre-order split).

  • Contact us only after the full estimated delivery window has passed.

  • We will investigate and resolve missing items accordingly.

HEALR reserves the right to fulfil part-orders at our discretion if some items are on backorder or preorder.


4. DELAYED OR UNDELIVERED ITEMS

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, external factors such as courier delays, customs clearance, natural events, or peak seasonal traffic may impact your order.

If your parcel has not arrived after the expected timeframe:

  • Wait one additional business day beyond the delivery window.

  • Contact us with your full name, order number, and shipping address.


5. DISCLAIMER

All shipping timeframes are estimates only. HEALR is not liable for any loss, inconvenience, or damage arising from reasonable or unavoidable delays in delivery. Title and risk transfer to the customer once the parcel is scanned as delivered by the courier.
