Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

Estimated delivery ranges from 2 to 6 business days* from the dispatch date. If you live outside metro areas, please allow an additional 2 working days for delivery.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Healr uses DHL, DHL Express, AusPost, and NZ Post for shipping, ensuring efficient and timely tracking.

Delivery

All packages will be delivered directly to your mailbox without requiring a signature upon delivery.

Split or Incomplete Orders

If your order is incomplete, please contact us at support@healr.au so we can investigate.

Please reach out to us only if the missing items haven't arrived by the estimated delivery date, as they may have been shipped separately. In case you order multiple items, part deliveries may occur if some items are out of stock.

Item Not Received

While your order should arrive within the specified time frame, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.

If your package hasn't arrived, please wait an additional day and then contact us at support@healr.au with your order number, found in your confirmation email.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand only.

Exceptions can be made on a case-by-case basis, namely in the case of interested wholesalers. Please contact us for shipping cost calculations when placing an order via  support@healr.au. Note that international orders may incur customs charges and clearance procedures, causing delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

Healr cannot be held responsible for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees which may be enforced. These fees are your responsibility. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
